Shipping & Handling Method & Times
All items are shipped UPS Ground (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your cake to arrive. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.
Return Policy
If you have received the wrong item or if your cake is damaged for any reason you may return any unopened merchandise to ScRUMptious Gourmet Rum Cakes within 10 days of recieving your item/s for a full refund or exchange. Products kept for over 10 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging. (Some) products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to ScRUMptious Gourmet Rum Cakes at the customers expense. ScRUMptious Gourmet Rum Cakes will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly or damaged. Cancellation policy
Orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of placing the order to qualify for a refund. Each rum cake is baked just for you and then vacuum sealed and packaged just for you. We need at least a 24 hours notice for any cancellation.
